Blog Hiatus & Main Site Open

As you are probably already aware, I’ve been neglecting this blog for quite some time now. Due to lack of time and the fall semester fast approaching, I’ve decided to put the SR Blog on an indefinite hiatus. I sincerely apologize for not doing so earlier, but I’m not totally gone!

I’ve recently completed the layout for my main site, EternalTale.net. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with it, but I did upload my entire gallery of fanart received over the months for my OC/Game Character Kuma. If you’re interested, you can check it out here.

Additionally, if you haven’t heard yet, the LaTale GAs are conducting a LaTale Player Feedback Survey. All participants who answer every required question (and leave their main IGN) will receive a free golden dart of luck! Prize give-out dates are currently TBA. All information is kept strictly confidential. You can learn more about the survey and participate HERE.

5th Skill Quest List

May 18th – *ALL* SS5 Skill Scroll Quests are working now. OGPlanet is not doing SS5 Coin exchanges anymore.

Hurray, Hell’s Door has been officially announced! This means we’ll soon see the implementation of 5th skills, a major feature we’ve (mostly) all been waiting for. This also means I have an excuse to get off my lazy butt and post something (hopefully) useful. So, I’ll post the series of “quests” or “missions” you have to complete in order to obtain your 5th skill.

Some basic information you should know about 5th skills includes:

Must be Lv125 to learn
Costs 2 skill points per skill level (20 points total)
Can be increased every 5 levels (i.e., Lv10 5th skill = Lv170)
Has a 1-minute cooldown (the CC “error” is there to prevent people from CCing in order to “cheat” the cooldown time)

Er, wow q_q; I apologize for not updating in a really really long time, but a lot of things happened (such as the GA system, Spring semester at college, etc) orz. I promise I’ll make a new “spring” layout soon, since it’s almost April and I think Choky needs to hibernate now >_>;

Anyways, to make this post useful, here’s the upgrade success rates for the higher-level Colosseum weapons, aka the ones that go to +20, don’t change in level requirement, and are, in a word, “hax”.

Hello everyone! As you know, the Prime Potion Giveaway ended last night at 11:59 PM PST. This morning, I have entered all participants’ comment numbers into the random number generator to decide the grand prize winners (prime pots and etc.) as well as the advanced pot winners! Hello everyone! With the new year drawing closer and closer, 3rd jobs and new content does as well! I’ve compiled a bunch of vids regarding 3rd jobs and the new area “Xenadia” here. You can find Xenadia vids (with 3rd job Elemental Master gameplay) and 3rd job IDLE animations on my LaTale youtube channel «HERE». You can see a compilation of the brief 3rd job vids shown in the kLT trailer «HERE», uploaded by Mac2492 (IGN ShuiLong?). And finally, we’ve got an all-new Holy Order (3rd job Templar) gameplay vid «HERE». However this is uploaded on a Korean video site, so it might load very slow for some users.

No, I’m not giving away drugs. However, these things can be addictive like them! THREE lucky LaTale players will each win x1 PRIME EXP POTION (+500% EXP for an hour), x1 ADVANCED EXP POTION (+100% EXP for an hour), and x3 PEACH CANS (+50% EXP for an hour). 5 other lucky players will each win x1 ADVANCED EXP POTION! Why am I doing this? Because I’m bored! ;w; I’ve got a bunch of these prime cracks laying around, and with no desire to grind, maybe this can help a few people who do.
